We want you to feel confident with every pair you order. If your shoes are not quite right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging included. We recommend trying your shoes on indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside.

Items that show signs of wear, dirt, damage, excessive creasing, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective pair, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will assist you with the return or replacement and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For returns due to sizing, fit, or personal preference, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for us to process the return after it arrives, plus any additional processing time required by your bank or payment provider.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Each pair is carefully prepared and packed before shipment to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Orders are typically delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs and carrier delays outside our control.
